Ms. Aderholt joined Spilman, Thomas & Battle in 2024, and her primary areas of practice are corporate and transactional law, as well as litigation.
Ms. Aderholt joined The Century Group in 2016 and served as its Corporate Counsel until returning to private practice with Spilman in 2024. Ms. Aderholt remains Century Realty’s Associate Broker and is a licensed real estate broker in West Virginia. During her time at Century as Corporate Counsel, she focused on real estate transactions and a wide variety of other legal matters for Century Realty, Century Equities, Century Hospitality, and other affiliate companies. Previously, Ms. Aderholt spent nearly 11 years in private practice with, Steptoe & Johnson PLLC.
Ms. Aderholt graduated cum laude from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania, where she studied English Literature, Theology, and Philosophy. She received her juris doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law and is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and Pennsylvania State Bar.
Ms. Aderholt resides in Wheeling, West Virginia with her husband, John, and their three children. Ms. Aderholt is a member of the Board of Education for Ohio County Schools. She is a volunteer with Young Life locally and serves on the board for Young Life West Virginia.
