January 3, 2023 – Century Realty & Ohio County Development Authority are pleased to announce that several new tenants will be joining The Highlands, the premier retail center in the Upper Ohio Valley/Wheeling area and a regional center serving the Greater Pittsburgh/Tri-State region.
Two new stores have recently opened at The Highlands — Rally House and Play-It-Again Sports. Rally House is a specialty sports store offering apparel, gifts, home décor, and other products featuring professional and collegiate sports teams. The Highlands location focuses on teams from this region, including the Steelers, Penguins, Pirates, WVU, Ohio State, Pitt, and Penn State. Play-It-Again Sports is a relocation and expansion from its former location in Elm Grove, enabling expanded product lines in its new and used sporting equipment, as well as additional space for its screen-printing capabilities. Both retailers will be filling available space in the power center area near Menard’s.
In 2023, The Highlands will be welcoming Harbor Freight Tools, Sola Salon, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Crumbl Cookies.
December 6, 2021 – Century Realty is pleased to announce that Carter Miller has joined its team of real estate professionals as Executive Vice President for Century Realty. Carter is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kentucky, and is designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM).
Carter has expertise in landlord and tenant representation in office, retail, and industrial sectors and is looking forward to meeting new clients in the Greater Pittsburgh/Tri-State region. He has an extensive background in portfolio/property management and will oversee a wide variety of retail, office, and industrial properties for both third parties and Century affiliates.
Prior to joining Century, Carter spent six years at The Webb Companies, one of Kentucky’s largest commercial real estate firms, completing hundreds of leasing and sales transactions and managing large retail, office, and industrial portfolios. While at Webb, he worked with a wide range of tenants including engineering firms, oil and gas field service groups, medical practitioners, law firms, energy companies, and financial service providers. Carter has extensive leadership experience in property management, asset management, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
February 18, 2021 – Century Realty is pleased to announce the acquisition of the former Gander Mountain located at 1040 Towne Square Drive in Greensburg, PA. The 31,160 square foot retail building will be renovated into a multi-tenant opportunity for various office and/or retail prospects. Hartman Eye Group was the Buyer and was represented by Jessica Jarosz, Executive Vice President of Century Realty.
Hartman Eye Group is relocating its Greensburg ophthalmology office to this property, occupying approximately 8,600 square feet. In addition, PA Cyber School will occupy approximately 10,000 SF and is scheduled to open by Summer 2021. The remaining 12,570 square feet will offer a premier leasing opportunity for additional retail or office users. This available space can be subdivided to a minimum of approximately 5,000 square feet.
Jessica Jarosz will be handling the marketing and leasing of this repositioned property. May 13, 2020 – Century Realty, LLC, an affiliate of CORFAC International, is pleased to announce the sale of 4800 Library Road/PA Route 88 located in Bethel Park, PA. The property is a 3,865 square foot single tenant office building that Century Realty listed for sale, placed under agreement, and sold within four (4) months. The Seller was represented by Jessica Jarosz, Executive Vice President of Century Realty.
Jessica Jarosz stated, “This building received a lot of interest due to the lack of inventory of this size single tenant office building on the market. We were able to sell the property directly to a local owner for his family business and are excited to see his business thrive and the vacant property come back to life!”
There were many challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but everyone truly came together to see this through to completion.

The light industrial building is approximately 79,500 Square Feet situated on 5.194 Acres in Washington County.
Closets by Design of Pittsburgh will occupy 12,000 total square feet, which includes office/showroom space. This will be the first western Pennsylvania location for Closets by Design, a North American company with locations throughout United States and Canada.
