May 13, 2020 – Century Realty, LLC, an affiliate of CORFAC International, is pleased to announce the sale of 4800 Library Road/PA Route 88 located in Bethel Park, PA. The property is a 3,865 square foot single tenant office building that Century Realty listed for sale, placed under agreement, and sold within four (4) months. The Seller was represented by Jessica Jarosz, Executive Vice President of Century Realty.

Closets by Design of Pittsburgh will occupy 12,000 total square feet, which includes office/showroom space. This will be the first western Pennsylvania location for Closets by Design, a North American company with locations throughout United States and Canada. October 2, 2018 – Century Realty LLC, the real estate brokerage affiliate of Century Equities, Inc., is pleased to announce that Chad Kesich has joined its team of real estate professionals as Associate for Century Realty. Mr. Kesich will be responsible for business development and assisting the brokerage team in servicing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate.
Mr. Kesich graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in Business Administration – Finance. Mr. Kesich has been an active member of NAIOP since 2015 and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania.
